Shipping and Refund Policy

Orders are packed and handled within about 48 hours of confirmed payment. Weekends and holidays may add a little time. Once your order ships we email tracking to the address you used at checkout.

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses and we do not ship to PO boxes. Orders must be sent to a valid US street address.

All first-time customer orders require an adult signature (21 or older) upon delivery. This confirms the recipient meets our eligibility requirements.

Because our products are for laboratory research only, we screen shipping destinations. We do not ship to pharmacies, medical spas, weight loss clinics, hormone or TRT clinics, gyms, or college dormitories. We reserve the right to flag, hold, or cancel any order whose destination is inconsistent with research use.

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with tracked delivery. Shipping is a flat $15 per order, with free shipping on orders over $300. Every shipment includes a research-use-only notice on the packing slip.

Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of shipped products for reasons of safety and integrity.

If your package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trusted-pep.com with your order number and photos where possible. We will review and, where warranted, replace the item or issue a refund for the affected item.

If you need to cancel, contact us before your order ships. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Orders that we decline or cancel before shipping are refunded in full.

If you have a concern with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us delays resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered orders may result in a permanent ban and collection of the amount owed. This policy does not affect your legitimate rights as a cardholder.
