Every compound, chemical, and material offered by Trusted-pep is sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research and scientific study. Nothing sold here is a drug, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic, a food, or a medical device. Products are not intended for and must never be used for human or animal consumption of any kind, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application to a person or animal.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No information on this website constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or a therapeutic claim, and none should be interpreted that way. You may not use any product purchased from Trusted-pep in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition in humans or animals.

You must be at least 21 years of age to browse, register, or purchase. By using this website you represent and warrant that you are a qualified research professional, or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution or organization, and that you have the training, facilities, and authority to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully.

Before an account is created and again at checkout, you are required to acknowledge and agree to these Terms electronically. Clicking "I Agree", checking the acknowledgment box, or completing a purchase constitutes your binding electronic signature and confirms that you accept every term on this page. You also confirm the research-only purpose of your purchase at that time.

At account setup and at checkout you are required to identify your field of qualified research. This is a required field and cannot be skipped. Example fields include pharmacology and drug discovery, biochemistry and molecular biology, academic research, contract research organization (CRO) work, and analytical chemistry laboratory work. The field you select is recorded and stored with your order.

You agree that you will not:

• use, resell, or supply any product for human or animal consumption;
• represent, market, or describe any product as suitable for human use, self administration, or any therapeutic purpose;
• request or rely on dosing, administration, or protocol guidance from us; or
• use the products in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to permanently ban any customer who indicates an intent to use our products for human consumption or any non-research purpose.

Product pages contain chemical and scientific information only, such as compound identity, purity, and storage conditions. We make no representation that any product is fit for any purpose other than laboratory research. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of a product for your intended research and for its safe, lawful handling, storage, and disposal.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We recompute every order total on our own servers, so the amount charged is always based on our published prices and any active promotion at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through our authorized payment channels. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trusted-pep, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your purchase, handling, storage, use, or misuse of any product, or your breach of these Terms. This includes any claim arising from human or animal exposure to a product purchased from us.

Products are provided "as is" for research use only, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trusted-pep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Trusted-pep is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the current effective date governs your use of the website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
