Here is how ordering and manual payment work, what to expect from shipping, and the terms that apply to every order. If anything is unclear, reach out and we will help.

How ordering and payment work

Mainstream card processors do not allow research-peptide sales, so we use simple manual payment methods. The flow is quick and you stay in control the whole way.

    Place your order

    Add the compounds you need to your cart and check out. You will receive an order number on the confirmation screen. No card is required and nothing is charged automatically.

    Choose how to pay

    Pick Zelle, Cash App, or crypto (BTC or USDT) at checkout. We show the exact total and the payment details for the method you select.

    Send payment with your order number

    Send the exact total using your chosen method and include your order number in the memo or note. This is what lets us match your payment to your order.

    We confirm and ship

    Once the payment arrives we confirm your order and ship it discreetly. We email tracking details to the address you used at checkout.

Shipping and handling

Handling time

Orders are packed and handled within about 48 hours of confirmed payment. Weekends and holidays may add a little time.

Discreet US shipping

We ship within the United States only, in plain, discreet packaging with tracked delivery. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost

Flat $15 shipping on every order, and free shipping on orders over $300. The exact total is shown before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships we email tracking to the address you used at checkout. Keep your order number handy if you need to ask about a shipment.

Compounds are sold individually and do not include research supplies such as bacteriostatic water or syringes. Most products ship as lyophilized powder and require reconstitution before use. You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful use of anything purchased here.

Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If a package arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, contact us promptly and we will make it right.
